Domestic Orders

 

If you are unhappy with your item(s) we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange as long as the garment has not been worn or washed, please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and contact us within 10 days of receiving the item(s) via email quoting your order number and we will do our best to process the return most efficiently.

Please note, all sale items are final sale. No return or exchange will be offered on any sale items.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and customers will have to bear the shipping charges for returns. Please use a reputable courier who will provide tracking information to ensure the product reaches us safely and securely.

To initiate a return please reach out to preet@rahau.in within 10 days of receiving your product. Typically, it takes 5-10 days to process a return.

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges to our international customers; we encourage you contact us in advance to ensure the item(s) meets your requirements, we are happy to answer all your inquires. Don't be shy! Ask us anything.
