What do you mean by 'made to order'?

'Made to order' means the item is only made once you have put the order through. This avoids issues of deadstock and allows us to be more conscious of our environmental footprint.

Does this mean it will take longer to ship?

Yes unfortunately, as we do not have sizes ready we will require anywhere from 1 - 5 days to ship the product out. This is why we call ourselves a slow-fashion brand; however, this is the framework we choose to work in to make rahau more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

In most cases yes, please reach out to us as soon as you have had a change of heart and we will do our best to cancel your order.

Is rahau available offline anywhere?

Currently no; however, we do participate in markets around the world and encourage you to sign up for our email so we can let you know where you might find us next.
